Hi there! I’m Shay, Owner of Clemons and Co. LLC, offering virtual bookkeeping services for small businesses.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and Business Foundations Certificate. I received my Masters of Accountancy from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

I worked for years at a public accounting firm as a Senior Accountant, providing audit, tax and consulting services to clients involved in real estate. I am also a Certified QuickBooks® Online ProAdvisor and a Certified Associate Digital Bookkeeper.

I’ve dreamed of having a business of my own. I have a gift of numbers and love helping business owners make sense of their finances. As your bookkeeper, I’ll show you exactly where your money is going. I’ll help you understand your financial weak spots so that you can become more aware of your financial health and meet or exceed your business goals.

When I have downtime, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading mystery and historical fiction novels, and spending time with family and friends!
